At Niyati Pingali, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that situations may arise where you need to return or exchange an item, and we have developed the following Returns & Exchanges Policy to facilitate a smooth process:

1. Return and Exchange Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items received more than 30 days after the delivery date.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: It must be in its original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Gift cards
    • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Clearance or final sale items

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

b. Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to proceed. If applicable, a return shipping label may be provided.

c. Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item with its original packaging, tags, and any accompanying documentation.

d. Labeling: Clearly write the RMA number on the package and affix the return shipping label if provided.

e. Ship the Item: Send the package to the designated return address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original method of payment. The timing of when the funds appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above. Upon receiving your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you promptly. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the circumstances.

6. International Returns & Exchanges

For international returns and exchanges, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note that you may be responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs fees and taxes.
